PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a dynamic breathwork ritual that combines electronic music, ancient breathwork techniques and professional guidance. It is based on alternating rhythmic, rapid breathing with periods of breath retention.

It aims to create the conditions to reach a state of semi-consciousness, allowing deep introspective work and the release of inner emotions.

Giovanni from our Gang 💚 is a certified PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® teacher from Berlin. As the session facilitator, he will guide participants through all stages of the practice, providing a safe space for them to embark on their best explorative journey.

No substances are involved during the practice. Only oxygen from breathing.
